Development Watch: 388 Bridge Street
Categories: Development, Downtown Brooklyn

Hm. Not too much has happened since last we peeked at developer Greg Wolpert's 460,000-square-foot, 360 unit tower-to-be at 388 Bridge Street, between Willoughby and Fulton; looks like they're still in the excavation phase. On Halloween, McBrooklyn reported that the newest round of permit requests included dormitories on floors four through seven. Also included: 142 parking spaces, 2 floors of retail, a physical fitness center with locker rooms, a meeting room, and two penthouse apartments.
