Development Watch: 125 Lexington Avenue

125-Lexington-Avenue-Brooklyn-1108.jpg
Across the street from the Scarano-designed 120 Lexington Avenue, another project by the disgraced architect has recently gotten the go-ahead from the Department of Buildings. This one at 125 Lexington calls for a four-story, 11-unit residential building with a total floor area of about 16,000 square feet. We haven't seen a rendering, which is no surprise given that most of them have been purged from the Scarano website. GMAP P*Shark DOB
