Calling All Archetects and Engineers

A tipster sent in this want-ad from the Brooklyn Paper. Good to know that folks are hiring, and that good spelling is not required. Let us know if you apply.

Yep...the DOB has it all together.

The hell with that, I'm going to apply to be a Real Estate Agent and earn 150K the first year.

And no, BRG, I wasn't the tipster who noticed the typo in the DOB ad!

Cool, BRG. I'll be your personal Mystery Shopper.

Geeze! If they miss this, just think what the plan examiners and inspectors may be overlooking.
I think they need to add "copy editors" to that list.

Action, some architects will try to get anything over on the DOB. Examiners are human and they can miss things. It's gotten harder though in recent times.
I'll admit, I've been guilty of trying to finagle things past the DOB...only with ADA issues though...and only once did they not catch it....hee hee hee

I wrote the AD!

Ohhhh, wait. I'll bet they could hire Scarano. From his posts-from-the-past, he fits the bill as the best "Archetects" speller in Bklyn. Too damn funny.

But everyone is looking to fill in scedules for the beginning of next year
From your own posting. What do they say about glass houses?

And finally I could get me some of that "quality of life" I've heard so much about.

Speaking as a good speller I can say good spelling is vastly overrated.

Of course all the architects doubling as wall street brokers will be applying.
