Big-Bucks Rentals in Dumbo

A two-bedroom at 30 Main just rented for $9,800 a month and a three-bedroom at One Main is still on the market for $14,750. $9,800 may sound like a lot for a rental, but that's what your monthly payment would be on a $1.5 million mortgage, right?

yep...that sounds about right (30 yr mortgage). but unless that person plans on living in this space for the next 10 years...its a good idea to rent vs buy.
