Just shows the Food Coop has too many workers, this is the stupidest idea yet (the Diversity Committee ranks a close runner-up). 5 minutes to lock a bike "properly"? Takes me 15 seconds. No places? How about walking 100 feet?
I may yet quit the Coop.
