what a mess that whole situation is

they were awarded to Boymelgreen by the State years ago assisted by huge developer overestimate of potential rents, nothing happened and state couldn't transfer to park entity so nothing could happen if they had been awarded to the bidder making realistic projections (two trees) we'd be closer to the goal today
