This is a beautiful one, too, in Fort Greene:

We did a modern townhouse reno in Williamsburg with a modern facade (mostly out of thrift, a brick facade option was twice our budget) You can see facade photos here along with how it compares to some of the other (nicest) townhouses on the street

the fort greene house is gorgeous...thanks for sharing.
I love the exposed wall of the building next door, in front of the dining table.
The stair railing is so simple and inexpensive, but so cool.

Many of these will not age well. That is, unlike the very best of modern architecture, much of this shoe-horn (trying to turn one thing into another) type stuff simple looks old and pedestrian after it's time. IMO.

Don't forget David Salle's house on Hanson Pl. -- the grey one. No pic, sorry.

They all look like glorified fish tanks.

There's a beautiful one on Prospect Pl, I believe, between 6th ave and Flatbush. Sorry, no pic. I'm always envious when I walk by.

If you're not going to post a picture, than don't taunt me like this.
I love this kind of architecure and between Luce and Fat Lenny, I'm getting anxious to know what the houses look like

Look at this link for the Prospect Pl. house

It's a lovely place. I think it's a former carraige house damaged by the fusilage from the 1960 plane crash.
There are some nice examples in Manhattan: a great retrofit in Morningside Heights that i saw in Dwell some time ago the much-published houses on Centre Market St. off Grand.

Mere renderings shouldn't really count, as the real deals usually look at least a little different.
I mentioned it before, but here is a link to the very modern townhouse on Wyckoff near Bond:
