Reminds me of a t-shirt logo I once saw:
Meat is Murder, Tasty Tasty Murder

What is the deal with that place? I've seen huge parties going on there. Is there a schedule? Do you need to be invited? The website doesn't offer much info.......

More proof, if any were needed, that humans are the most bestial creatures. Pigs are intelligent creatures capable of fear and pain, both of which this pig doubtless experienced in being "raised" for the purpose of this result.
Please go ahead with the jeering responses, proving my point.

Jarndyce: Please go ahead proving the general perception of the animal rights/militant vegetarian crowd as moralizing, sermonizing, uptight killjoys.
Humans are omnivores. Deal with it. For those of you who think this photo is unappetizing, for the love of G-D, how sheltered are your lives? The world is unpleasant. Deal with it.

This picture is depressing. The world is definitely unpleasant, but that doesn't mean we don't have the right to comment on it.

Can I both feel bad for the pig AND enjoy eating it? Kind of like when Homer Simpson was eating Pinchy, his pet lobster.

I have a dilemma when it comes to pigs. They're smarter than dogs and are pretty cool.
however they taste awesome.
with that being said cooking a whole pig like this is the greatest thing ever. Sorry I missed it.
Also I'm pretty sure when you kill a pig they cant know they're going to die. If they do then they release all this shit into their bodies and it messes the meat up. So this guy didnt know what was coming. That might be some southern wives tale bullshit tho.

Jarndyce...if you don't want to eat meat that's fine but keep the prosyletizing to yourself
Posted by: daveinbedstuy at October 16, 2008 9:12 AM
I wish no pigs had to die to deliver their tasty, tasty goodness. But there are few things more delicious than salty pork. Sorry, pig.

I though Jarndyce's response was pretty reasonable. I was totally put off by that photo.
Posted by: Combustiblegirl2 at October 16, 2008 12:10 PM
Agreed...it's not the best looking roasted pig!!! An apple in the mouth and, of course, some lipstick would have dressed him up.
Posted by: daveinbedstuy at October 16, 2008 12:17 PM
This is you! Don't you look pretty all roasted up....because the closest thing to pork meat, is human meat. yummmmm.
Posted by: Dora Chica at October 16, 2008 12:56 PM
When did you taste human?
Posted by: dittoburg at October 16, 2008 1:22 PM
Every day. I just keep it in the freezer silly!
