587 Washington: Already a Rental?

587-washington-craigslist.jpg Just a few days after going on the market, looks like 587 Washington (which we covered last week as a condo) is going rental, or at least it's hedging its bets. Set Speed found this Craigslist posting, offering the 2,200-square-foot duplex with garage, three beds and two baths, for $4,000 a month. "Tons of air and light, brand new washer/dryer,stainless steel appliances. 2 blocks from C train, 4 blocks from Atlantic terminal," boasts the ad, and pets are OK. Maybe they'd consider rent-to-own here?
