"The struggling investment bank's common stock closed down 45% Tuesday and earlier in the day hit a fresh 10-year low on worries it wouldn't be able to raise needed capital. South Korean regulators dashed hopes government-owned Korea Development Bank would make an investment - thought to be around $4 billion - in Lehman, saying talks between the two parties had ended."

re: the AMNY article, one thing they don't mention a possible factor in red hook businesses not welcoming the real world cast is the poor terms MTV extends to the business owners when it comes to the waivers they must sign if filming is to take place on their premises.
