I don't see why an archirtect was involved in that prosepct heights place. It just looks like a garden variety "builder's" house. No architect required.

Prospect Place between Buffalo and Ralph is Prospect Heights? That's quite a strrrrreeeeettttttccccchhhhh. Get your act together, Brooklyn Eagle.
As for Terrapin, City removed contractor's incentive to finish. It's like getting too far ahead in the payments. This Spring I saw weekend work nearly every weekend (well, at least some debris removal and moving stuiff around). That all stopped when Novo got the temporary C/O. There's progress, for sure, but it is way slower than it could be. I bet they are only working on it when guys are idle from other jobs.

Brooklyn Eagle is a shoddy operation. They aren't going to get their act together any time soon. But they do win the prize for stretching Prospect Heights to an absurd degree.
