Just Opened: casaBAN

Here's a sneak peak, inside and out, of casaBAN, a recently opened modern and antique furniture store at 397 Tompkins Avenue in Bed Stuy. The owner, Ban Leow, is keeping it open from 11am till 7pm every day and stocking pieces from Keil Hauer, Heller, Roberta Magrini, the Eames and others. Welcome to the neighborhood CasaBAN.. I will have to get over this weekend and check you guys out... It is always good to see new business in the area. I wish the internet store that is about to opening on Tompkins would have chose a better look...

Amzi Hill- I was just talking to my neighbor about that internet shop. We all hoping it was going to be a restaurant! Imagine the disappointment. I really don't think the neighborhood needs a internet shop- that's so 90's!
It may be a front for some other activities.

The internet shop is next to Common Grounds. It just opened or is set to open

I think this guy used to sell things via Craig's List from his home in Bed Stuy. Had nice stuff (bit pricey as I recall). If it is the same person, I wish him luck. Looks nice.

Well it's finally here, you knew what you wanted when you told us that you were going to paint the store orange and have all great furnitures; I must say it looks great.

Oh! By the way we will be opening in the area soon! Can't wait to have the Grand Opening and invite you!
