Development Watch: 163 Washington Avenue Rising

Two and a half stories down, fourteen and a half to go at formerly embattled 163 Washington Avenue in Clinton Hill. In light of what happened last week at The Clermont a few blocks up Myrtle, it'll be interesting to see whether this will go condo or rental when it's ready sometime, presumably, next spring or summer.

Judging from the 3 floors so far, this tower is going to be MASSIVE. And judging from the economy, it's also going to be a massive flop. Enjoy, greed-meisers!

I wish they would take a look at the neighborhood and scale it down. So big. Different aesthetic. Huge. etc. wah.
