Development Watch: Karl Conversion at 177 Concord St.

177-Concord-Street-0908.jpg
After a couple of years of tinkering with its DOB application, the developers of 177 Concord Street in Downtown Brooklyn were able to get the ball rolling on their conversion of the 22,000-square-foot loft building. The architect? Mr. Karl Fischer. The conversion to 23 apartments will involve only a small addition, presumably on the roof, of 1,875 square feet. The windows and ceiling heights alone should make for some pretty sweet pads. GMAP P*Shark DOB

Pretty nice-looking. Love when they make condos/lofts that actually do fit in with the neighborhood. Makes such a difference.
