Development Watch: 585 6th Avenue

Here's an action shot from the construction site of 585 6th Avenue, near 16th Street. The DOB shows a five-story, 25-unit dwelling on the rise, designed by Sears Tambasco architects, whose work we've seen around town; no Web site to vet their work, alas. The developer, Bay Ridge's Trident Developers, said they weren't allowed to give any details on the condo project, per the AG's office. GMAP DOB
