Development Watch: 155 North 4th Street

The property at 155 North 4th Street traded last May for $2,900,000. The new owners didn't waste any time, immediately filing plans to convert the former two-story factory into a five-story residential building courtesy of Karl Fischer. (It's right next door to NForth which we looked at last week.) This is looking to us like one of those cases where they keep some fragment of the former building in place and call it a conversion because it invites less scrutiny than getting approval for a new building. Looks pretty much like a new building to us though! GMAP P*Shark DOB
