Development Watch: 110 4th Avenue Topping Out

When last we checked in on this Scarano project, a 49-unit, 10-story building on Warren and 4th Avenue, construction was just getting going after a lull. Now it seems to have topped out. We haven't seen a rendering, but, knowing Scarano, it shouldn't stray too far from his other projects. Curbed reports that it's tentatively called "Park Slope Court" though it's on the Gowanus side of the street. The developer, apparently, is also responsible for Hotel le Blue. GMAP P*Shark DOB

The scale of that building looks crazy compared to the townhouses. This building is not all the tall but It really helps me to see how the scale of Atlantic yards and Prospect Heights neighborhood...

The scale of that little old run down townhouse looks crazy compared to the new building.
It really dose point out how selfish townhouse living is. The new building allows 10 families could live in the foot print of 1 townhouse. No wonder there is a housing shortage in new york.
