Development Watch: Argyle Getting There
Looks like we still have about four more stories to go, but The Argyle's construction is moving steadily forward/upward. The building, whose official address is 251 7th Street, will eventually have 12 stories and 59 residences, wrapping around brownstones on both 4th Avenue and 7th Street. According to the Corcoran Sunshine site, the fact that the building's still a work-in-progress hasn't hurt sales: There are still 14 apartments on the market, from $475,000 to $965,000.
