Closing Bell: Atlantic Yards...On Stage?
The Civilians, a Chelsea-based theater group that has so far staged plays about the birthplace of Evangelical Christian politics and a concert staged during France's 1871 revolution, is taking on Brooklyn gentrification in its next production. "Brooklyn at Eye Level" will explore "the Atlantic Yards development and its effect on surrounding neighborhoods," reports Variety. Who's gonna play Bruce Ratner, ya think?
