Surprise! Brooklyn Foreclosure Numbers Relatively Benign

It's hard to believe given the current doom-and-gloom, but foreclosures in Brooklyn were actually down last month, according to a report from PropertyShark. The numbers were similarly unsensational in all the other boroughs except Queens, which continued to get hammered: Foreclosures there spiked to 254.
