re: Teacher parking and permit cards.
Been few articles in past couple days. But none have described how is determined the why and how of which schools get no parking zones except for Board of Ed. permits.
On my block the school does not have no parking zone - but on the next block that school does.
Since block or 2 from subway entrance not sure why is needed at all.
