Foreclosure of the Week: 1090 Prospect Place

The nicest looking place coming up for foreclosure auction this week is this two-family limestone house at 1090 Prospect Place in Crown Heights. The house sold most recently back in 2004 for $400,000 and the owner is on the hook for $374,921. (The history of the trouble is here.) This house was previously scheduled for auction in March 2007, but it managed to dodge the bullet then. This auction is scheduled for tomorrow at 3 p.m. at Kings County Courthouse, Room 261, 360 Adams Street.

That house looks like Ayatollah Khomeini.

ditto, if Ayatollah once, Ayatollah thousand times; Khomeini times times do I have to tell you? I looked at this place once, and Iran as fast as I could the other way!

'stoner, ya know there's cheap imaging software out there. Just pull the exposure slider one stop to the right, then maybe you could see it.
