Development Watch: Schermerhorn House Nears Completion

The Actors' Fund building at 160 Schermerhorn in Downtown Brooklyn is fully clad in glass now—last time we looked the siding was just going on. Reps for the project say they plan to begin occupancy in late October, even though construction on the retail portion of the first floor probably won't be done until December or so. So what's gonna go in the storefront? "In all likelihood it will be some arts related not-for-profit user," says the rep.
