Development Watch: 163 Washington Avenue Takes Root

163-Washington-Avenue-081308.jpg
After months of nothing but crickets chirping, the worksite at 163 Washington Avenue and started to pick up steam in recent weeks. While they still have 17 stories to go, the foundation's complete and what we're guessing is the elevator core is taking form. It'll be interesting to see how fast this goes up now that all the road-blocks are removed.

Its height doesn't bother me but the rendering (as displayed on previous Brown...er entries) is fairly banal. Is there a link to an updated endering Mr. B.?
