Development Watch: Work Underway at 192 Water Street
Since we last checked in with Dumbo's 192 Water Street, the loft conversion project has received a Certificate of No Effect from the Landmarks Preservation Commission and interior demolition permits from the Department of Buildings. In a subsequent opinion, LPC also required a reduction in height of the rooftop addition and OK'd a bunch of window work. None of the applications on file with DOB (that we've been able to find) reveal how many units the building will ultimately be. Anyone know?
