Closing Bell: Curbed's Sneak Peak of 184 Kent
Curbed got a look at the interior courtyard-in-progress at 184 Kent, the Austin Nichols waterfront warehouse project that has renters-in-waiting clamoring for the project to be done (Curbed predicts a 2009 opening). In addition to the landscaped courtyard, it'll have a rooftop pool. Not bad.

originally i wasn't sold on the early renderings of this renovation, but i'm liking it more and more as it progresses.
