500 4th Avenue Gets Its Skin

A reader sent in this photo of the big building at 500 4th Avenue, the 135-unit Issac Katan project that was at one time rumored to be courting Olive Garden as a retail tenant. He described the building's new skin this way: "Sort of a yellow-orange-peach, semi-shiny material. I say semi-shiny to distinguish from whatever that stucco/brick crap featured on the Crest and Novo." Of course, Katan had a hand in the Novo, so maybe the skin will be similar?
