Development Watch: Windows on Grand

Begun at the beginning of the year, the Bricolage design currently rising at 74 Grand Avenue recently began having its windows installed. Located a stone's throw from the BQE in Clinton Hill, the five-story, 40-unit building was the beneficiary of a favorable BSA ruling last year that enabled it to be five feet taller than zoning regulations dictated. As we noted in May, there are a gazillion projects in various stages on this one block.
