Development Watch: 96 Rockwell Topped Out
The six-story addition to the former piano factory at 96 Rockwell Place is topped out (for a total of 12 stories) and residents of apartments on the lower floors (like this one we shot on the third floor) should be able to start moving in as soon as September. That was the big news when we stopped by for a look at the 37-unit development this morning. As for sales, 23 units are spoken for at this point; the remaining units range in size from 714 to 1,166 square feet and in price from $495,000 to $899,000. What do you think of the photos?

gis4quincy: Rockwell's is actually a block away (between Fulton and DeKalb). Is it really gay?
