Development Watch: Hager Gets Green Light on Nassau

Here's something that slipped through the cracks leading up to the holiday weekend. On June 25, Isaac Hager finally got approval to build his 12-story, 94,000-square-foot tower at 172 Nassau Street in Downtown Brooklyn, site of the former Mayfair building. Something we hadn't realized before now: The 128-unit project will incorporate the existing four-story building at the corner of Duffield and Nassau. It'll be interesting to see how that works out from a design perspective.
