More and more of Ward's Bakery is biting the dust. This is the view of the back of the building, on Dean Street, this afternoon.

Bruce Ratner is really going crazy, trying to smash as much as he can before he is forced to stop. Dean Street is a nightmare as he prepared to take down the entire block between Flatbush and Sixth Ave. There were all sorts of bulldozers, diggers, etc., there today at the corner of Sixth Ave and Dean, deliberately blocking access to Freddy's. Because of the limited visibility this situation creates for motorists, a child was hit at that corner this afternoon. This pig must be stopped!

he'd be moving a whole lot more quickly if minority interest groups weren't selfishly fighting every step with their meritless protests. blame them for the drawn out demo process and rising project costs. the pigs must be stopped!

That's BS, brooklynlove - or would you just rather sell out for an arena? that's not loving brooklyn very much.
