Pray tell, how does one identify "snotty UWS types"? Is there a distinctive mating call? I'm not familiar with the plumage. And, will I need to observe from a distance with binoculars, or are they socialized to humans and can I approach without trepidation?

I think people who are tired of seeing people walk away from their dogs crap arent UWS types, just people tired of seeing irresponsible dog owners too lazy to clean up after their animals.
