Foreclosure of the Week: 678 Utica Avenue

678-Utica-Avenue-Brooklyn-0608.jpg
In the absence of any interesting houses on the foreclosure block this week, we thought we'd draw your attention to a large commercial property in southern Crown Heights. For the measly lien size of $54,164, the home to Great Bear Auto Center is scheduled to be sold off today at 360 Adams Street. Any thoughts on what the market value of this 4,700-square-foot lot is?

This neighborhood is not southern Crown Heights. Maybe East Flatbush?

Please get your neighborhoods right. This is East Flatbush, Rugby specifically. Southern Crown Heights does not exist.

can you say "environmental disaster"? 6 bays of 50 years of dripping oil, solvents and other assorted fluids. i am sure the bank will let this one go like a hot potato.
