Development Watch: Foundation Push at Avalon Myrtle

Things have been moving rapidly at the Avalon Bay project at 159 Myrtle Avenue since we checked in back in March. And that's a good thing too, with the 421-a deadline of June 30 fast approaching. There's still some work to do, it looks like. Think they'll make it?

Avalon Bay is a rental building, so the 421-A tax abatement won't be passed onto renters like it is to owners.
