Development Watch: 172 Nassau Street

Isaac Hager's a busy man. In addition to 421 Kent Avenue and Flatbush Flatiron, his Karl Fischer-designed tower at 168-172 Nassau Street took another step towards fruition in recent days with the granting of demolition permits and the erection of scaffolding. Certainly seems a pity that the Mayfair building has to bite the dust for this.

and it's gonna be replaced by more Karl Fisher garbage - probably too high for the block as well.
