Closing Bell: aloft Hotel's "Captain" Missing in Omaha?

corbins_face.jpg We were checking out the aloft hotel brand's website and noticed a link to the "a go-go blog" authored by a man who calls himself Captain (pictured right). Starwood Hotels apparently sent him on a mad-cap adventure circling the nation to visit the brand's various locations. We emailed him, blogger to blogger, to ask when he plans to make his way to aloft's Duffield Street tower. We got this automated out-of-office reply: "Aloha, I am aloft a go-going across North America. Please excuse the possible delay in my response." While his greeting would seem to indicate that he's in Hawaii, his last on-location entry was Feb. 8 in Omaha, Nebraska while visiting the global sales office. It's been four months without any entries and we're worried something has happened! Captain, if you're reading this, please let us know you're safe!

Sounds like someone has a crush on Captain. He's cute. I would too. Sounds like it was a trip for a year and that year is over. Fun job! Now I want to go to Charleston.

That boat has sailed.

I believe the Captain's boat was scuttled on the harsh rocks of indifference.
