New Building In Pipeline for 94 Prospect Place

The block of Prospect Place between Flatbush and 6th Avenue is about to look a whole lot different. After the owner of 96 Prospect Place sold the adjacent 20-by-100-foot lot at 94 Prospect Place for $550,000 last summer, the new owner has begun work on what will be a new four-story house. The site falls outside of the Park Slope Historic District so the design is anybody's guess. GMAP P*Shark DOB

Ok, it's back now. I guess it was temporary technical difficulties. Thanks.

There going to cover up the great mural on the side of that building that makes it look like it has a bay and lot line windows.

I know the owner, a sleaze ball hasidic. He does the cheapest and the ugliest constructions around Park slope and Prospect height.
Don't expect much here.

There was a stop-work order on this property, now rescinded. A peek inside the wood fence blocking access to the site reveals excavation going down about 15 feet with plywood being used to reinforce neighbors' yards. I see a collapse of adjoining structure in the future here.

in the city website i see that the stop work order was because of the fence which is very minor and the company that is doing the foundation is a very reputable company so i dont think that we are in any danger
