Would be good move. Arena's facade should be or emulate brick like the stadium where the Baltimore Orials play. Blends in better with the historic nature of the nabe. Cost cutting too.

Nice pic. Saturday was absolutely glorious Prospect Park day and the cherry blossoms were in full bloom at BBG.
