April Fool my eye--how else are we to deal with an invasion of bears? And you wimps in Carroll Gardens and park Slope think RACOONS are bad!

However, I was seriously mis-quoted. Actually, I LOVE explaining the Lefferts Manor boundaries on Brownstoner over and over and over....
