carroll gardens -- asking $651k, closed at $650k. that's some tough negotiating by the buyer!

don't know about the rest, but I do know that 135 Willow was on the market for 6 months, not 1 day as the "lucky" broker claims.

about 529 court.. how was this on the market for only 20 weeks... it was not a resale right? and I looked at apartments in there in September 2005 when it was first built.. wasn't this really on the market closer to 125 plus weeks?

re: willow: why would they accept 865 on 935 if it was first day? certainly not one day on market. (meanwhile, I know and like this broker)

Who cares about the broker, as an owner I'm digging the $911 per square foot price of 135 Willow!

12:34 pm you have to realise that what is posted on this blog does not have to be anything resembling the truth. Brownstoner usually just repeats what the brokers tell him.

you like that broker?
Oh, you're the one!

"Just Sold In Brookyn"
It takes deception to prop up this market.

I look everyday at BH real estate and haven't seen this willow st listing. We bought our place near there after it was on the market for a week - so it does happen.
