Development Watch: 80 Metropolitan

80-Metropolitan-0408.jpg
Construction at 80 Metropolitan continues to chug along. While only three of six floors are up, the sales process is in full swing. According to Streeteasy, 52 out of a total 114 apartments have been released thus far, with 24 of them already going into contract. (Not too shabby in this market.) The biggest spend so far? $1,459,000 for a 1,296-square-foot three-bedroom. No word on whether anyone has stepped up for one of the nine townhouses that are part of the development.
