360 Smith, 2.0

In what we're interpreting as a remarkable show of transparency, Billy Stein, the developer of 360 Smith Street/Oliver House Condominiums, has launched a website to detail progress on his development. The site, which can be found here, says its goal is "to provide you with up-to-date status of what is happening at the construction site." In addition to featuring a project overview and renderings, there's a phone number listed for residents to contact someone associated with the development with comments and/or concerns. According to an email sent out by Councilmember de Blasio's District Director Tom Gray, "There is a live person at the contact number provided around the clock for questions and concerns after hours."
