Your server would be fine if you didn't allow every single advertiser on the site to have a moving-image ad! I don't know what they're called in the industry but they are SO annoying. They make all websites glitchy even those with bigger servers.
I actually saw a news article about how moving ads are clogging up and slowing down the internet. These advertisers need to be stopped.
I AM NOT GOING TO CLICK ON A MOVING AD WHEN I HATE THEM. Something that is annoying is NOT going to make me click on it. Does advertising school not teach that?

No error message. The CGI freezes and looks like nothing is happening, so I pressed post again. Ten minutes later, message appeared and appeared.
