Midtown East has several black brick office towers. I stare out my window at a wall of mid 1950s black brick.

So far this looks alright, aside from the misaligned spacers every second tier- hopefully that is just a temporary glitch.
I'm hoping for copper mirrored windows on this to finish the look.

this type of building is actually a good contextual fit - there are really a fair amount of brick warehouses there.
