Just thought I share some of the news out of Crown Heights today:

Cops are hunting for an 18-year-old student who repeatedly stabbed a classmate inside a Brooklyn high school, police said Saturday.

Kyle Owens, an honor student at Paul Robeson High School, remained in critical condition at Kings County Hospital Saturday, a day after he was attacked while walking out of the school's cafeteria.

Owens, 18, was revived by quick-thinking basketball coach Todd Myles before emergency crews could attend to the injured senior, who is nicknamed Pumpkin.

Investigators said they have identified the student who attacked Owens, but did not make his name public Saturday.

No weapon has been recovered, and a police source said it was unclear whether the attacker had smuggled a knife into the Crown Heights school - which has metal detectors - or whether he used another sharp object, such as scissors
