Development Watch: 111 Kent Avenue Revisited
Across the street from Toll Brothers' North 8, the Michael Muroff-designed condo project at 111 Kent Avenue is more than halfway towards its topping out point. When all's said and done, the finished product is slated to have 57 units and look like the rendering at right. No word on when sales will start and which brokerage firm will be at the helm. The Barak/Blackburn Group at Douglas Elliman will be doing the honors.
