Development Watch: 74 Grand Avenue

74-Grand-Avenue-%20Brooklyn-0308.jpg
The project at 74 Grand Avenue was one of two that pleaded hardship with the Board of Standards and Appeals in the aftermath of the rezoning of Clinton Hill and Fort Greene last summer. While the outcome of the other project at 163 Washington Avenue is still undecided. the 72,760-square-foot development on Grand Avenue between Park and Myrtle ultimately gained approval for the extra five feet in height it was seeking. Now the block will be lucky enough to be blessed with a Bricolage building. 40 apartments large.
