One Hanson: Sales and C of O Update

Things are moving right along at One Hanson, which just got a temp. C of O for its 15th and 16th floors. According to Brenda Vemich, the building's director of sales, closings and walk-throughs for those floors are now being scheduled, and 74 percent of the landmark tower's 190 condos are now in contract or have closed. (None of the extremely new-to-market Clocktower Residences are in contract yet.) According to data for the building on Property Shark, the priciest closing so far is for unit 14H, which went for $1,184,078.
