As you may have noticed, we had some technical difficulties this morning related, it turns out, to our ad serving software. We've temporarily disabled the ads so the editorial portion of the blog should be working fine now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

It's those moving ads, especially! There was some news piece last week about how moving ads are clogging up servers on the internet. Which is something I notice on websites all the time. Totally annoying.
