Streetlevel: New Pizza for Livingston
The take-out options for tenants at 110 Livingston Street are about to improve with the impending tenant turnover at the storefront at 90 Livingston Street. The copy shop is history and in its place will be a pizza joint, according to DOB filings. No word on whether we're talking an old-school single-slice kinda spot aimed at the courthouse lunch pack or something a little more upscale for the condo crowd. GMAP P*Shark DOB

Probably will do both. I work right over there and any added options for lunch food is a good thing. At night and weekends it could handle all the new condo people.

I know everyone says they love My Little Pizzeria, but I think its only just okay, its just the only one around there. The competition will be good..

Great can't wait to eat pizza and share the bathroom with the OTB crowd. Hey, how did you get a shot of the OTB in the background with out the usual flavor smoking it up out front?

Before you get rid of the OTB...what about the three hundred BARS in your neighborhood? Or do you want yet another one? As if drinking like a fish from 3pm-4am and speaking loudly hides the lack of social skills- please! And NO I don't care what University daddy paid for-.
